2. Product and price
Prices are shown in euros (€) including VAT. Shipping is free and already included in the final price. We reserve the right to change prices; the price valid at the time of purchase applies.
3. Order process
To buy, click "Buy now" and you will be redirected to Stripe's secure payment page, where you enter your shipping and payment details. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order summary by email.
4. Payment
Payment is made by card through Stripe, with secure authentication (3D Secure / SCA). We do not have access to your full card details.
5. Shipping and delivery times
We ship from Spain to the European Union countries listed at checkout. Orders are usually prepared within 24 h and delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the destination.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without justification. See the Returns policy.
7. Legal guarantee
Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity (3 years from delivery for new products). In case of non-conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination under the applicable law.
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
