1. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to withdraw from the purchase without justification, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
2. How to request a return
- Write to info@fandiv.es stating your order number.
- We will confirm the return address and instructions.
- Send the product in its original condition and packaging within the stated period.
3. Refund
Once we receive and check the product, we will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method (through Stripe). Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrives defective or not as described.
4. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed, nor to customised products, among other cases provided by law.
5. Guarantee and defective products
If the product arrives defective or non-conforming, contact us: we will cover the cost of repair, replacement or refund under the legal guarantee (3 years).
