2. Data we process
Identification and contact details (name, email, phone), shipping and billing address, and order information. We do not store your card details: payment is processed by Stripe.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Managing your order and shipping — basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b).
- Invoicing and tax obligations — basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).
- Answering enquiries — basis: consent or legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.a/f).
4. Retention
We keep your data for the duration of the commercial relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (e.g. tax and accounting regulations).
5. Recipients
We share data only with providers necessary to deliver the service: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (payment gateway) and the courier company for delivery. Some providers may carry out international transfers with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@fandiv.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
